About First Baptist Church Norman
First Baptist Church Norman has served the Norman, Oklahoma community since 1889 under the banner "Loving People, Teaching the Word, Living the Journey." God's mission for the church is to love people wherever they are and teach them to live as followers of Jesus Christ, and its vision is to reveal Jesus Christ through life-changing worship, discipleship, community care and missions. The congregation gathers on Sundays for LifeGroups at 9:15 AM and worship at 10:30 AM (also livestreamed), and offers ministries for every stage of life — children and families, youth, university students, adults, and senior adults — alongside local and global missions, Friendship International, and a Family Life Center with fitness and recreational programs open to the community.
